Placing your order
To place your order, choose one of the following methods:
1. Print off a reservation form from our site, fill it out, and send it to us by fax at 615-274-3505 or mail it to us at 217 Copper Ridge Trail, Rockvale, TN 37153.
2. Call to reserve your jump through our staff personally at 615-556-2901.
Delivery Procedure
Once an order is placed the delivery will be made according to the agreed upon time and place unless Bounds of Fun is notified ahead of time.
Either the customer or other person attending the event will need to be present during the septup to serve as the attendant of the inflatable(s). All of the equipment must be under constant supervision by an adult. Requirements can be viewed in our operating procedures.
Bounds of Fun staff will arrive to set up the inflatable(s) with aid from the customer as to where the jump should be placed and which direction the jump will need to face. A copy of the rental agreement and a check list will each need to be signed and initialed by the customer. A copy of the operating procedures, rental agreement, and ,if requested, a receipt will be provided for the customer as well. For safety reasons the customer will need to familiarize him or herself with the operating procedures. If the inflatable(s) will need to be transported through a gate, gym doors, etc. then the doors must be larger than single sized door entraces due to the size of most of our inflatables. If only single doors are available please notify us while placing your order so that special preparations can be made.

Weather Procedures and Cancellations
Bounds of Fun reserves the right to cancel any reservation if:
1) rain is eminent
2) wind speed is at or exceeds 25 mph
3) severe thunderstorms are in the forecast
Process of Bounds of Fun Cancellations:
If rain, storms, or wind are a possibility, Bounds of Fun will contact customers a day before the event to discuss the weather policy (customers are contacted a day before the event regardless to confirm times). Final decisions as to whether Bounds of Fun will cancel are made the morning of the event and are based on the Weather Channel as well as local news stations. The customer does reserve the right to cancel if they feel the weather is unsuitable for the party. If rain chances are below 50% then cancellation is very unlikely. However, 50% and up is a high probability and could result in cancellations. Communication from customers is encouraged. It is always easier to come to a conclusion collectively.
We ask that customers understand that Bounds of Fun owners are not responsible for watching the weather all day in an attempt to find a break in the rain. Decisions are final to avoid complications. We try our best, and sincerely prefer not to cancel as this results in losses to us and our customers.
Reasons why inflatables cannot go out in inclement weather:1) Non-water units are not supposed to get wet. Significant amounts of water can damage the integrity of the material and stitches.
2) Water on non-water units can be a hazard to children playing on them due to slipperiness.
3) ASTM standard dictate that no inflatable be set up in winds exceeding 25 mph.
4) In many cases, water means mud, which means extra maintenance and clean up.
5) A wet inflatable adds significant weight on an already heavy object as well as difficulties in setup and pick up.
6) Once an inflatable is wet it can take days and weeks to get all of the water out.
7) Lightning, tornadoes, and earthquakes pose a very serious threat to the equipment. :)
Bounds of Fun apologizes if cancellations have to be made, but the weather is uncontrollable and unpredictable. We are always happy to assist in rescheduling the event or finding someone else that can be of service to you. Please understand that cancellations are taken very seriously, and all attempts are made to avoid them.
