Placing your order
To place your order, choose one of the following methods:
1. Print off a reservation form from our site, fill it out, and send it to us by fax at 615-274-3505 or mail it to us at 217 Copper Ridge Trail, Rockvale, TN 37153.
2. Fill out the online order form and wait to be contacted by one of our staff within 24 hours.
3. Call to reserve your jump through our staff personally at 615-556-2901.
Delivery Procedure
Once an order is placed the delivery will be made according to the agreed upon time and place unless Bounds of Fun is notified ahead of time.
Either the customer or other person attending the event will need to be present during the septup to serve as the attendant of the inflatable(s). All of the equipment must be under constant supervision by an adult. Requirements can be viewed in our operating procedures.
Bounds of Fun staff will arrive to set up the inflatable(s) with aid from the customer as to where the jump should be placed and which direction the jump will need to face. A copy of the rental agreement and a check list (which is not on our web-site) will each need to be signed and initialed by the customer. A copy of the operating procedures, rental agreement, and ,if requested, a receipt will be provided for the customer as well. For safety reasons the customer will need to familiarize him or herself with the operating procedures. If the inflatable(s) will need to be transported through a gate, gym doors, etc. then the doors must be larger than single sized door entraces due to the size of most of our inflatables. If only single doors are available please notify us while placing your order so that special preparations can be made.
