1. When and how is payment due?
An initial deposit will not be required. Payment will be due upon delivery of the inflatable(s). Payment can be accepted in the form of cash or check.
2. What is the delivery and pickup process?Deliveries will be made before 7:30 or after 4:00 on weekdays. Weekend deliveries can be made at the desired time of the buyer. Bounds of Fun inflatables cannot be picked up or dropped off by a customer. Some companies will do this, but for safety reasons, Bounds of Fun requires that the jumps be setup by an employee. Bounds of Fun does include free delivery for all inflatables (unless the location is outside of Rutherford County).
Yes, we are fully insured. This means we can set up and serve in parks, public areas, and churches. For more information or for proof of insurance, contact us by visiting our contact page.
4. How soon should I reserve my bounce house? The sooner the better. The faster you reserve, the better chance you will have to get your jump where and when you want it. We also ask that cancellations please be made 10 days before reserved time.
5. What kind of area do I need to have for the bounce house? We desire a grassy flat area within a hundred feet from an outlet. Jumps, however, can be put on driveways and concrete. If an outlet is not in range of 100 feet from the inflatable, please inform our staff when ordering so that extra cord can be provided. In some cases, the power from available outlets may not be sufficient. For instance, two blowers running off of one outlet will often flip the breaker. If sufficient power is not available, a generator will need to be supplied. If supplying a generator is not possible, then call ahead so that arrangements can be made. Locations were the jumps can be set up may vary. To see the exact sizes of the jumps go to the links on the home page for the individual jumpers that you are looking for. Keep in mind that plenty of room will be needed in addition to the size of the jump.
6. What if it rains or storms? If the decision is reached that the weather is too bad, the buyer will be notified and the jumpers will not be delivered. If the jump is already present and it begins to rain or storm, please unplug the blower and take it out of the rain. Let the jump deflate and do not re-inflate the jump while the jump, blower, or cords are wet. You will receive more safety instructions with your operating procedures when the jump is delivered, or you can view them on the order info page.
7. What is the difference between a moonwalk, bounce house, inflatable, or jumper?A moonwalk or bounce house is a standard 15 by 15 or 13 by 13 inflatable that is used simply for jumping such as the Princess Castle or Sports Arena; however, some bounce houses have special features such as sun roofs. An interactive, on the other hand, is an inflatable that involves an individual competing against oneself or a competitor such as the Obstacle Course or Boxing Ring. A combo is a unit that combines different jumps together such as adding a slide into a normal bounce house. Last of all, a jumper is a general term such as inflatable that can refer to all of the latter.
8. What if Bounds of Fun doesn't have exactly what I want?If Bounds of Fun doesn't have exactly what you want or all of the inflatables that you are looking for, call and either Bounds of Fun will supply you with the jump you are looking for or refer you to another company in Rutherford County that will suit your needs.
9. What is the quality of Bounds of Fun inflatables?Bounds of Fun's inflatables are brand new as of July 9, 2007. All of our jumpers are made from18.5 oz. heavy duty vinyl and meet the standards of the National Fire Marshals NFPA 701 test. The seams of our jumpers are woven polyester cloth combined with pvc and are double and quadruple stitched to reduce air leakage and assure long life. In laymen's terms, our jumpers are safe and meet all requirements for the safety of the riders. 18.5 oz. vinyl is slightly above the average 18 oz. vinyl that is used more often. 18.5 oz. vinyl is more than enough to meet the requirements of any indoor or outdoor party. Our jumps are also inspected for damage and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each event for the customers convenience and safety.
10. Will an employee attend Bounds of Fun events?Bounds of Fun does not supply employees for events unless they are requested by the buyer. An additional fee will be charged for an attendant to be present depending on the length of the party. However, depending on the size of the event, and if it is in Bounds of Fun's as well as the party's interest, an attendant will stay for safety and supervision such as at large school or church events.
